The Spoonie Sanctuary

This is a community for people living with chronic illness(es) to find understanding, comfort, and connection. Whether you want to vent, share your day, celebrate a small victory, or simply read and feel less alone, you belong here. We support one another through empathy, lived experience, and kindness. What works for one person may not work for another, so this space isn’t for medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. For those things, your healthcare team is always the best resource. To help everyone feel safe and included, we also keep the focus away from religious discussion or promotion. Show up as you are, participate as much or as little as you like, and please be gentle with yourself and each other.
